CCA Project Gallery presented a new work by Xavier Veilhan.
For his project at CCA, Xavier Veilhan built a decor-set using simple materials to invoke the feeling of being in a forest by covering the floor and walls and installing trunk like cylinders in the space. He intended to place the visitors in an important position by obliging them to find their way or lose their feeling of where they are.
Xavier Veilhan stayed at CCA Kitakyushu as Professor of Research Program from August 10th to 30th, 1998.
