Center for Contemporary Art Kitakyushu
Born in 1975 in Augsburg, Florian Hecker lives and works in Kissing and Vienna. Hecker’s works emphasize the connection of most recent as well as historic developments in computer music, hard and soft ware. Often working closely together with software engineers and scientists, sometimes his productions incorporate psycho-acoustic effects disorientating the listeners’ spatial perception in live presentations and studio works.
