Masami Akita organizes Merzbow, ‘noise music’ project, which began its activities around 1980. He is one of those responsible for establishing a new genre know as noise, and by now has released many records and CDs project that seek a new kind of sound upsetting ready-made concepts of music and ideas about sound.
