James Richards (b.1983 in Cardiff) works with sculpture, video and exhibition design. His installations bring together found and composed elements to extract emotive and fragmented narratives around image making and memory. Recent solo exhibitions include The Chisenhale Gallery (London, 2011), and Group exhibitions include Art Now: Clunie Reid and James Richards, Tate Britain (London, 2010), The Generational: Younger Than Jesus, The New Museum (New York, 2009). Richards is also active as a video curator and collaborates extensively.
