Center for Contemporary Art Kitakyushu
Toshiya Tsunoda is concerned with the various sound phenomena in the relationship between sound and cognitive space. He often develops his work from his field recording, conducted with contact microphone and DAT recorder. He also works on the sound installation and has presented at art exhibition. Tsunoda co-runs labels such as the WrK (till 2006) and Skiti, and has co-published freepaper ‘Santa’ that features sound and language.
