Shen Yuan

Shen Yuan was born in Fuzhou, China in 1959. Since 1990 she has lived and worked in Paris. She works with an interest in the metaphorical role of the “tongue” which functions both for tasting and for pronouncing the words, that implies both spiritual and physical sense as its inherent nature.
