Pelin Tan is a sociologist, researching art and architectural projects that focus on urban conflict and territorial politics, gift economy, and the condition of labor. She is an Associate Professor at the Architecture Faculty, Mardin Artuklu University, Turkey, and, most recently, was a co-curator of Adhocracy Athens.
