Alicia Framis’ work often pursues communication, interaction and circulation between people in our society. In so doing, while intervening a specific site, Framis’ work derives from people’s very personal feelings and experience that usually lurk in the current social structures. Performative act is one of the very important elements in her work, presented sometimes by herself, and serves as a catalyst for the relationship between her work, the audience and the environment. As a result, Framis’ work is revitalized over a long time, and evolves with many people and happenings.
