Rirkrit Tiravanija has explored a new aesthetic paradigm of interactivity since 1990s. He has cooked and served food to his audiences, set up a recording studio in a museum, reconstructed his apartment inside a gallery for visitors’ use, and provided opportunities for numerous other everyday activities to occur within art spaces. He creates situations where the visitors’ shared experiences activate the art work.
